Cleaning up various yarns, and since my loom is warped for 5 epi, I blended 3 burgundy yarns and wound off a shawl warp. The weft used the same three yarns to yield 5 ppi. I worked to make the fringes shorter than normal, I thought with such a warm thick shawl, it would be better. After fulling, it came out 29 x 80, and feels wonderful!! The scarf was a quick study using the same yarns, sleyed individually, it is not as soft as I would like but does have a very nice hand.
